I wanna bypass programming the heated seat switches on my door handles to BCM is there possibly anyway I can do that. I'm done with tds2 literally spent almost 2 hours trying too get it to work with my tech 2. Then messed with my tech 2 itself to test if the switch themselves work they do. BTW anyone have a Wiring diagram to the power windows.

Nope, door switch is a module, I mean I guess you could wire in a toggle switch to run power directly to the seat heater if you really wanted to
@89Suburban said he has wiring diagrams

TDS (or TIS2Win) has been sunset and replaced with Tech Line Connect. You still log into TDS with your original subscription credentials, but then you need to register with Tech Line Connect. Once registered, the next time that you log into TDS, you will automatically be connected to Tech Line Connect. The Tech Support folks at Tech Line Connect are fantastic, and they will provide you the assistance that you need. I was re-programming my Electronic Suspension Control Module, and the Tech Support person stayed with me on the phone and walked me through the entire process, until successfully completed.

If any modules that you pull in the salvage yard are referenced/tied to the vehicle's VIN, you are going to have to program it anyway, to link it to your truck's VIN.

Unfortunately no they charged me 150 bucks said they programmed the module but. I don't think so. Because not even the door handles light up with the runners on, which I think they would if they would of been programmed. Idk it may of been the kit to.

I was also told by my mechanic that the module itself isn't getting power I have no idea at this point. I did pick the wire out of the plug and put it in the heated steering wheel location going to test for 12v

that doesn't make any sense if the module was not getting power there is no way it was programmed and they would have told you so and/or they would have said yes we programmed the module but your seats are not working it has a *** fault, etc..
backlights are separate and are just little bulbs they burn out especially after a number of years, all of my overhead console bulbs were burnt out when I bought mine in 2017 when it was only 5 years old, then the headlight knob bulb burnt out also shortly after I bought it.

you should be able to go into the tech2 and troubleshoot, you can have it scan the whole system and see what it finds

Well I scanned the system, and besides it telling me that I have wrong vehicle and communication was lost about 20 times. It didn't say any errors, also I couldn't find the heated seat module on there. Guess that's my problem... Also for some odd reason I couldn't get the thing to communicate with the passenger side switches.

I would take all the tech2 connections apart and blow them out with air and re assemble and try again
what are you choosing for a vehicle on the tech2?

I'm choosing from light duty trucks the 1 catagory which I believe is for the first number in your vin then Yukon XL it sometimes gives me an error sometimes not. I believe that's the right vehicle. I'll try cleaning it tonight
