How long to wait for new engine?

Next week will be 2 months waiting for a new engine for my 2021 HC Tahoe. Has 58k on the odo so just barely covered by warranty. SA told me 1-2 months, are you all seeing the same? I almost forgot about it I'm going to give the dealership a call in the morning.

This is for the 6.2L that's failing like so many others...

First time it took me 8-9 weeks. That engine worked for 8 weeks. Third engine arrived this week after 15 weeks.

I don’t think strangers on the internet will know better than your dealer. Some may have past experience but that probably has little bearing on your dealers supply.

Open a case with GM. They do a good job of keeping you in the loop.

My dealer has been awesome, but these vehicles are trash.
