Well gave the truck a cleaning Sunday and Monday this happens oh btw my spare tire mech is broken so I had to use the bottle jack which I do not like - then go to the Mavis and 140 bucks later new tire.

Also realized my rims are not worth getting coated. But I still love my truck

I feel you bro I am grateful as well, it was a frustrating day because it bit into money I had plans for, but I am over it (Not really lol)-today I go get the other side replaced

I thought this thread was a feel-good from the title but then I see it is a place to complain because you had a flat and something about your rims you don’t like. Pfff. Last week my trans self destructed for the second time in 2 years and I had to pull it and ship it and my converter across the country to get rebuilt and then reinstall it. Again. In my driveway. And I’m 60. But I’m not complaining. It’s life, and like Ron said, I’m still above ground. So yes, be grateful it’s just a flat tire. Because if you’re gonna complain about that, what are you going to do when it’s something really bad?

Yea, something really bad, like no bacon at the breakfast table or no Jim Beam at the liquor store or no butter pecan ice cream at the store or you are down 2 quarts of oil and have none in the garage or you get the drift........

Brother I already have had the bad happen lol- my old mini van, and like I said all I am good now but I had been trying to save money for something else and had to dip into the stash, so yeah I was frustrated that day

It’s just a good thing everybody here doesn’t feel the need to start a thread and vent every time they get a flat or this forum would be nothing but garbage. Just sayin. Glad you feel better but maybe don’t do it on a regular basis. Or at least go to the lounge where this kind of stuff can get buried. It doesn’t belong in the 2002-2006 General Discussion section.
