bake the headlights in over on lowest setting for 10-15 minutes. with a screwdriver scrapper or a butter knife to separate the lense from housing. if possible remove the bezel from housing or tape off the chrome spots where the bulbs need to reflect. scuff prime and spray. then reassemble
google it for more techniques

Yeah, it's pretty basic. Heat, softens seal, pry apart, tape what you don't want painted, paint, let dry thoroughly. I'd heat them again to cure the paint, but that's me. Re-seal lights with some good butyl sealant.

I'll have to pass for now.

I'm really busy, for one thing, and my own projects take way too long....lol.

Plus, if you screw one thing up, heat too long or too hot, accidentally paint the wrong thing...you've pretty much screwed yourself and I don't want to be responsible for that with very limited experience.

Sorry.

If you are willing to pay for it, though, http://shop.lightwerkz.net/ does great work.

its very easy try it yourself. when i opened my headlights up i noticed the sealant was dried up. so when i had to put it back together i ran a bead of clear rtv between the lens n housing
