2001 Yukon XL... Whenever I honk the horn, it makes an attempt at honking and immediately pops the fuse.

Any ideas on where to begin trying to find the short?

Also, the cigarette lighter ports don’t work (could this be related?)

Any ideas?

I don't think the horn and cigarette lighter is on the same circuit, the horn could be bad you would want to check the resistance I believe, not sure what it should be.
the cigarette power ports could just have a blown fuse but if someone has been using them to charge devices a lot or had a inverter running it could make them melt inside and short out there not designed to much more than light use.
