String some multi colored LED Christmas lights on it. Add every chrome accessory from the local auto part store and you will have yourself one of those Manilla taxis. Seriously, I'm just teasing but to each his own I guess.

Jeepney! People take great pride in those. Tires not so much. It can be bald and chords showing, but if it holds air it's still considered good

Great deal. Ugly but great deal. If I were in that area I'd buy it and do some cutting and painting to make it more attractive.

My SSV came with the full Setina package. It was drawing way too much attention. I pulled it off and put on a Go Industries. The bumper is awesome but the mounts it came were good for a French shopping cart. I wound up using the Setina mounts and just drilled some holes to mount it.
