Help with wheel offset/backspace

Looking at a set of Black Rhino Karoo wheels that are 22x10 with +20 offset and 6.29 backspacing. Going on Defender LTX 285/45/22

Trying to figure out this offset and backspacing stuff and with it being a +20 my understanding is that it should not stick out the wheel well. Is that accurate? I don’t mind a little bit of the tire sticking out but I don’t want it pushed out much more than stock.
