help buying a dd on my 03

want to buy a double din for my 03 hoe but want one that is pretty simple to install without a lot of modification to the trim. any double dins out there that perfectly replace the stock hu....thanks!!

in an 03+ you shouldnt have to trim anything they are double din factory its the 02 and older that are 1.5 din
