Headlight Issue

I have a 1999 Yukon SLE with the left front headlight not working. I had put new HID lamps in about 5 months ago and they worked great. Then the left front low beam just went out. The bulb and ballast are fine. I checked the fuse on the side of the dash and the 20 amp fuse in the engine compartment and they are fine. I've also replaced the relay on the kick panel above the parking brake. Nothing works. Help

Check to make sure you have a good ground.
