Harnesses (pioneer/PAC OS) how to wire??

OK. Have almost finished my install in my 03 Tahoe, which included basically starting from scratch. Ran new wire from amp to all four doors. Purchased a new HU and have the PAC OS (non BOSE) harness plus the pioneer harness.

So how do I wire this? Wiring the two harnesses together? Is it just color for color, and then I plug the PAC harness into the truck, and the pioneer harness into the radio?

Additionally, the truck does have the factory Bose, but I'm not using it at all. How do I disable the Bose? Is there a fuse I can pull to disable the amp?

so if i understand correctly, you ran all new wires to the speakers and you're not using your amp? you're using your own amp or just running the speakers off the HU? if so, you don't need the PAC OS harness. the pac harness is only if you are going to continue using the bose system, i believe.
