Gauges

I have a 99 Tahoe LT 4 door I've noticed that when I use the turn signal my alt gauge blinks with the lights and when I use the cruise control all the gauges move back and forth. What can I check to fix this my Tahoe runs great its just annoying to have gauges moving around

your wiring harnesses going up the dash on the left side for chaffed wires.
