Just noticed today that my 01 tahoe has a slight sag on the drivers side front i know it needs new shocks so I'm thinking this could be the cause. Would a blown out shock make one corner sag an inch or so?
that would be a big negative, shocks only stabilize the car over bumps. You have noticed the GM lean which is caused from the battery, ABS, gas tank, and all the required driver control on the left side which in turns sags on that side. Not much you can do besides crank your keys
