Just got some power folding mirrors with turn signals, puddle lights an etc, etc. I installed them in my ppv and none of the features work except the mirror adjustment. Do i need to get switches from a truck that had the features and a bcm that had those features?

You have to have a power fold switch and sometimes the switch programmed at the dealer. Depending on the year. My 06 didn’t require a program. My 2011 Sierra needed programmed at the dealer.

You need a used SET of switches (driver and passenger) that came from a truck with the power folding mirrors in order for them to work...

OR you need to have them programmed.

Not a clue... dealer would be the only one local that could probably do it... you know how they are... might be cheaper to buy the used switches... maybe from a U-pull it they wouldn't be to bad.

Get a junkyard set and sell the new ones.

Update. I went to the junkyard and purchased 2 switches from 2 different escalades.

The good
The powerfolding feature works.

The bad
The turn signals in the mirrors still don't work
The passenger window doesn't roll down from the passenger switch
The driver window or the passenger window doesn't roll down the the driver side switch.
