Hello. I'm installing a dash cam with a rear facing camera on my yukon xl. Is there an easy way of fishing the wire to the rear without having to drop the head liner? Is there an area that may have a conduit that runs to the back with minimal obstruction?

Thanks

I found my cable would slide off the headliner into the cargo side window if I just shoved it in the crack.
I slid it beyond the headliner hook (remove first). That has kept the cable from sliding into the gap.
Rear upper is off to get to the back window anyway, but I may have pulled the rear corner out as well..

You don't remove the headliner, but it's good to have access to the edges, so you can tuck it more securely.
May or may not be necessary. I just tucked it initially, but that one spot was an issue.

I pulled out the dome lights and then ran the wire from one hole to the next and then put the dome lights back in so the wire runs up on top of the headliner where it is nice and safe.

I pulled the roof center console and the upper right windshield trim down, and removed the over-the-door trim (front and rear), B-, C-, and D-pillar trim, and the rear door's inside top trim piece. I ran the wire outboard of the airbags, through the rubber body-to-door conduit, drilled a 3/8" hole (large enough for the camera connector) in the rear door's inside top trim piece and mounted the camera on the rear door's inside top trim piece.
