Finally lowered the Kon

So then what do you guys think... Too low? I'm thinking of throwing that coil spacer that came with the kit in the back and reinstalling my stock keys

I don't think it's too low. I think it's just about right but then again I like the level look and not big on rake.

It's my first time lowering a vehicle, the ride quality is so much different, I'm basically on the bump stops. Waiting til I get paid next to get the two in drop spindles for the front

I've heard of several doing the "free travel mod" which is taking out the bumpstop and cutting off the bracket and that is supposed to make it ride better.

Are you swapping out the keys for spindles? Have you trimmed the front or rear bumpstops?

When I get my spindles in a few weeks I will be swapping out keys. I haven't trimmed the bump stops yet. The Belltech on came with new ones for the back. The fronts are all the way compressed.

I bought the 2/3 kit couldnt get the front to level with the back with the drop keys in so i just left the stock keys in. if i hadnt my 4s would have rubbed alot

I like it, but my only comments would be..... rubbler looks a little big and now the front bumper could use something..... like color matched lower, no lower, paint chrome???? I don't know, I can't put my finger on it yet????

I plan in doing a color matched bumper just saving some money right now to get some other things handled on it. I like the lower though because it's got my fog lights in it. Might have to color match that also. I put smaller tires in since i lowered it. Ha 275/55R20 now

Just measured the Kon, I'm about 32 3/4 in the front an about 33 3/4 in the back

Looks good. What shocks do you have on the rear? Do you still have room to adjust the keys? I just got my kit in today and plan on installing the rear springs this weekend. If I have time I'll do the front keys also.

They are just some napa reflex shocks, thinking fancy. Not sure if I will end up getting Belltech shocks or anything but who knows. My lowering keys are cranked all the way up practically so in not sure if I indexed my torsion bars correctly

When you say cranked all the way up, do you mean the bolts are all the way in or most of the way out? I have the stock premium ride shock, I have heard that they will reduce the drop. I only want 3" in the rear 1 1/2" in the front.

Mine has the premium ride to according to the Vin but my Yukon isn't equipped with auto ride. I would stay away from Eibach springs btw. Ha nothing but issues with them and ended going with Belltech. Yes with the keys the bolts are almost bottomed out
