Whats up guys. Just wanted some input from yall regarding the blue. I have been debating whether I should just leave it or paint it black or a dark gray.

I'm digging it. Have not seen anyone add black to the dark blue yet. Looking good

That's my color. I love it. But I think it looks better with a chrome wheel.

Initially was going to but not a big fan of chrome. Wanted a change

Thanks, I put those wheels on there blind. I had never seen a blue Tahoe on black so figured it would be something different.

I think It would look great if you color matched the wheels to the blue paint.

Dark Indigo Blue Metallic? That is one of my favorite GM colors. I painted two cars that color and yes it does look better with a chrome wheels.

I can not tell from the pic the condition of the paint but when fresh its a gorgeous blue. If you haven't already done so a good compound and polishing and seal will make the color very deep and jewel like. Try the 3m paste wax black and yellow can.

Exactly. When this color is clean it looks so deep. Keep it!

I would not paint any car a different color....... hurts resale value.

Yea thats another issue. The resale value if and when I do sell.

I agree with others that a chrome rim would look better but I had to be different lol.

If i do go chrome Im definitely going with the CK375 22inch wheels and just peel off the plasti-dip around the truck.

There is always the chrome that looks grey/smoked..... black chrome.

Don't repaint it imo.

Buy a buffer and polish. If you need advice on that you can ask a few of us here.

This is another members here. Blue topaz metallic.

Shined up the blues look great.

Does look good!

My only thing is ever since having a child and with it being the family car I dont want the wife feeling "hood" driving the truck lol. I have been contemplating removing plasti dip, buying the LTZ chrome mesh grille and getting the CK-375 wheels 22-24inch. Still looks good and doesnt make her feel out of place in it.

*Just going to have to try and sell my wheels. 22inch Matte Black LTZ rims. Ive only had them for about 12-13 months now.
