Exhaust 2002 Burb

Looking into doing an exhaust on my burb. On my last xl I had a single in dual out flomaster super 44 and liked it a lot. But on this one I want to do a full exhaust. Headers im thinking about JBA shorties. But on the muffler and cat thing idk what I want to do. I do want my truck louder than my last one. I know I want a flomaster but torn between the super 10 or the super 44. And cats? Do I really need them? Or should I keep the ones i have on there?

Any advice is welcomed

I would say that you can do a straight and you would have alouder truck then all those options. You would have to do some programing so that the computer doesn't keep on telling you that there is no cat but like he sound. Also ou need something also so you don't loose power if I am correct. I think it's like a glass pack or something like that. It's up to you I'm just saying a sweet cheap way of a loud ass truck

I just ordered my headers and muffler. For the headers I went with Hedman shorties and muffler I went with the Flomaster Super 44. Im going to keep my stock Y-pipe with the cats and going to dump it right before the rear axle.

So my muffler is on its way but the header wont ship till the 3rd looks like ill be putting my muffler on first...

glad to see your doing mods to the burb, but i think youll be unhappy with the painted headers. In a month youll notice there wont be anymore paint on them then theyll start to rust pretty quick making it look pretty ugly. But to each his own.
