excessive brake dust

I changed my pads to carbon fiber and I am getting a lot of brake dust on the front wheels, I don't really want to change back to ceramic at this point, but I am considering these "dust covers" and I am wondering if anyone here has ever used something like this and is it even functional at all for brake dust or just simply for looks. or if anyone has used something else that worked?

Those things are junk and I guarantee you'll return them like I did. Also they didn't look like they would do a damn thing for dust. They just clamp over the calipers to try to make them look better without having to paint them. Thin metal pieces of sh*t.
