2010 GMC Yukon XL 1500 - 263k miles. Replaced the vapor canister over the weekend but one of the larger EVAP hoses had a serious kink in it and I'm not sure what hose it is to replace it. There are 2 larger hoses and a smaller one. The larger one w/a horseshoe-shaped retaining clip is the one I may need to replace. There was another larger one w/a clip that I had to squeeze together to get the tabs to release from the lip of the nozzle. That one is fine. Can anyone tell me what that hose is and/or a link to a replacement? Thanks in advance!

Go to GMPartsDirect.com, enter your VIN, go to the Emission System section, and look for the exploded diagram of vapor cannister and hoses. You should find what you are looking for along with the correct part number. And, the cost will be significantly cheaper than the local dealer.

Follow the hose and see if it disappears up into the body work, usually up around the filler hose. If so, that's your vapor purge valve with its' hose. Very convenient to purchase on RockAuto or elsewhere with the hose attached. (If that's the one, the end that goes up in the body work is simply wire tied usually to the filler hose. It's the fresh air intake for your vapor system)

If I remember correctly the other large one is plastic, and not really a hose.... It goes along the side of the fuel tank on the top. Makes a big turn on the top of the tank and connects towards the back top.
