Empty bolt hole front oil pan?

I have an empty bolt hole at front of my oil pan. I'm not sure what it is intended for? Is it for other side of that plastic wiring harness bracket to plug into?

Hard to see in the picture, but I don’t see any threads in there. You sure it’s for a bolt?
