My E-brake light is on and the brake pedal goes almost all the way to the floor. It has very little pressure when the pedal comes back up.

What could this be caused from?

I'm guessing the master cylinder is going?

*Of course this happened after my woman was driving it!* :emotions122:

I would start by checking the fluid level in the master cylinder. The light you're referring to comes on when the brake fluid is low. It sounds like there is a leak somewhere. I would do a thorough inspection of the entire brake system, one of the lines may have rusted out.

sometimes the rear brake line along the drivers side frame is rusted and leaking.

Your girl probably had a close encounter and slammed on the brakes to your truck and the pressure blew a hole in a old line, Causing them to go to the floor. Same thing happend to me except the whole rubber line blew out the side. Great day.
