Good evening guys.
I have a 2007 Yukon that's throwing the above lights/faults
When I put the vehicle in drive the "service park assistant" light comes on and I press the check mark and it goes away. My traction control light is staying on as well. After driving a couple miles my emergency brake warning light will flash and ding for a short time, go out then it might come back on and it might not.
All of this basically started happening around about the same time.
What could be going on?

You might have some electrical gremlins or problem with a component. Before wasting time and money on parts, you want to get a bi-directional scan tool or an advanced code reader that can read your chassis and brake codes as well as engine codes and see the active and historical codes and post them up here for us to help you better.

May not matter anyway but...
My owners manual doesn't show an emergency brake light or message.

Only shows "service brake system" and "service brakes soon" messages.
Also there is a brake system indicator and ABS indicator..

As @swathdiver asked, do you have, or have access to, a quality bi-directional scanner? If not, I recommend that you get yourself a quality bi-directional scanner to add to your tool box. Then, you will be able to read ALL trouble codes, along with a brief explanation/pointer to the source of your issue. You can test many of the truck's electronic functions with the scanner, in order to determine the source of an issue. You will also be able to reset/delete trouble codes, after taking corrective action. You will literally save thousands of dollars in diagnostic and repair costs over the life of your truck, and you will most likely recoup the cost of the scanner within 1 year.

You can pay ~$500 now for an Autel or equivalent scanner, or you can pay much more than that by using the parts cannon method, hoping that one of the replacement parts will resolve your issue.

Your 'service park assist' is most likely un-related. Typically a sensor gone bad.

Check your brake fluid level.. When it gets low, it tells you to service brakes..
Also would explain the intermittent nature as the vehicle moves around.
