DRL and Headlight problem, looking for grounding locations to start my investigations on Flickering and light completely dropping out and no output at all on the left side Drivers side. Saw something that a ground location is near the radiator support ? Looking for a little help before I go out into the rain to look, been raining here for days on end.

Not sure on the grounds... but I will tell you the plugs get burnt up a lot on the 00-06. You can get new plugs at almost any auto parts store.

I say try swapping your drivers and passenger side bulbs and see if the problem moves or stays. Also check all of the connectors while yours there

This. Had to replace my driver side plug about 5 years ago.
Swapped lights and even installed all new lights all around, The DRL plug is shot but works, Swapped the Relays low and hi in fuse box, nothing, thinking a ground problem, getting worse as time progresses as the drivers headlight sometimes goes out all together and comes back on.

Have you checked the drivers side low beam plug for burn marks or scorching? Doesn't sound like it based on your post. I'd put money on that being the culprit.

I bought all new plugs for the headlights, was running 80 watt import bulbs for a few years, had to get the high temp Doorman plugs a few years ago as the factory ones melted, can recheck them today but really think a ground is it, but the DRL flickers and sometimes goes out, then when dark the headlight follows suit.
We live in IL, they use liquid salt brine here in the state, it eats the crap out of your car, brake lines, wheels, etc.... thinking a ground somewhere is just crudded up.

been through alot with this truck/car, these are prone for constant maintenance it seems when they get to 150K

Running 80w bulbs may have melted you wires going to the lights. I'm pretty sure the all the lights ground to the fuse box under the hood. Trace the wires from the problematic lights back to the fuse box and check for knicked wires or even melted ******. Also check your grounds. One at the battery to frame under the washer reservoir. One engine to frame nearby there as well.
