Entire Passenger side low/hi/running (yellow) went out 6-7 days ago.

Action 1: I bought a new pair of low beam bulbs, put on vinyl gloves, disconnected battery. replaced both sides. Did not touch new bulb glass. Pass side bulb was bad when I pulled it.. reconnected battery.

Result: Driver and Passenger side low beams are working. Pass side high beam and running (yellow) are out.

My next steps

-Check if those bulbs have separate fuses.
-Pull and check with multi meter (filament visually looks good on the side marker/fog light looking through the housing)
-check ground on pass side G107 (its near radiator support) with voltmeter since that entire side was out. I may run a test wire from that ground to battery negative to see if that side comes on. This will tell me 1. if my ground is bad (I'll clean it up) 2.

EDITED: For clarity and updates

You can view wiring diagrams on www.charm.li.

When tested with a voltmeter, is there voltage on both sides of each fuse (using the test points)? The glowing fuses seem to indicate that they're blown unless, of course, that is a special fusebox with some kind of lighting underneath the fuses. Can you pull and ohm the fuses to verify continuity?

questions.....
1. where these new "bulbs" led by chance? if so check polarity most but not all led's are polarity specific
2. some aftermarket fuses do a have a glow function but only do so to indicate when they are popped
in either case you need a volt meter to verify what is going on.

I updated my OP. The 20a low beam fuses were bad - those were the ones glowing and they are glow fuses. I had mistakenly read the fuse diagram and replaced the wrong fuses (10a in diff location) which is why that didn't solve the problem. Those are standard fuses and are good.

Pass side hi beam doesn't work. Pass side turn signal is out too.

The plan is to see if those have sep fuses, then multi meter those fuses and check bulbs if needed.

Pass side hi beam doesn't work. whatever bulb is directly below the low beam doesn't work either.

the lights below the high beam are the daytime running lights, they only come on in daylight and only when in drive (without parking brake set), so you won't see them on unless you are facing a reflective surface and can see them like a mirror reflection.
