I know this make me sound stupid but have you ever ask thee question. Why does a tires with a bigger rim sizes like 20's and 22's cost so much more than the smaller rim sized tires. there is less rubber. Just something to ponder on. Like why do we drive on parkways and park on driveways. It's like whipping before you s*** don't make any sense.

I have 22's on my hoe and I have been lookin for some tires for it. A set of 37's or 38's are about $520 a piece no matter what brand tire you look at.

I've got 42's on my 88 k5 and they were only $375 a piece

wanted 20's... Went with 17's... whole project was much, much cheaper....

it's cheaper to produce a 16, 17, 18 compared to a 20, 22, and up. Also, think about how many of the smaller sizes are purchased each day compared to 20's and up. The prices on 20, and 22's are starting to come down a bit since the big three are starting to put them on at the factory.

its really just mud tires. the street tires in 2's4's6's and 8's are cheaper than the 37x13.50x22 toyos i bought.

onlinetires.com you can get 22's for $110. 24's for $160ish, 26's for $220ish. i can get 28's for $350. so compared to mud tires they are high. compared to a 15 or 16, $400 for a set of 22'' tires is cheap
