Hoping someone can help with this gremlin of an issue. '07 Denali with 133K. After a few minutes in the vehicle, the touchscreen arrow buttons "turn off" intermittently while scrolling through XM channels. After another few minutes, they return then the problem repeats itself. I can see the buttons on the screen, but they're unresponsive to touch. The vehicle is stock, no modifications have been done throughout.
I can still use the control knob to navigate these channels when the buttons are "off." I have not noticed if the issue persists throughout with FM radio, settings menus, etc. TIA
