Dip switch settings for PA15GM

I just installed my USA Spec PA15GM and everything works fine, except I can't get the song info to show up on the radio anymore. It did before, but then I had to disconnect, and it never came back. Not sure what dip switch settings I need in order to have them show up.

Also, if anybody knows, what dip switch settings do I need if I want to control songs from the iPod itself?
