There is a video on youtube about this dash problem - that whole front piece pops off - it's just held in with push clips. They fix the vibrating by putting a couple of pieces of flat adhesive backed foam under there to shim things up.

I did this and my dash still cracked. I don't have any cracks at my center speaker, but by the airbag and a crack by the hump over the gauges. Putting foam support helped the bounciness of the dash, but the cracks still happen. I'm still planning on what to do for replacement, because even replacements end up with the same issue years down the road.

Probably not a bad idea to put some sound deadening material in there if you can get to it!

I have a 2011 Yukon Denali with the same dash rattling/separation problem, however, mine has now cracked near the passenger airbag and along the instrument panel covering. Any replacement recommendations?

Unfortunately a full dash is about 500 (give or take a few hundred for shipping and area) but they make covers in carpet and in kinda the same material as the dash that you glue down. Not a fan of either.... but to each their own.
