While searching for something that is preventing my 2009 Suburban's radio from working I found this connector under the driver's side dash near the e-brake. There was one pin that appears to have been removed (possibly by the dealer when they were troubleshooting a parasitic battery drain issue. The white "plug" that is inserted in to the connector appears to just connect all of the pins. All the wires are the same green color.

Any idea what this is?

I figured out that it was the gmlan low speed splice connection. Dealership had removed it claiming there was a parasitic draw coming from the aftermarket radio.
