No, it was actually a German national in Germany. Not good for foreign relations.. not to mention his hospital bill was 75,000 euro that the army covered.

The 13 came like that. 4” rancho, and ugly ass rockstar rims.. Was in the market for one, got lucky with this one right by my house.
