Starting about two weeks ago, I noticed this annoying ticking/clicking noise coming from my center console, the other day I also realized the usb ports are not working. It is now driving me F*cking insane I'm gonna punch someone if I have to hear this annoying noise any longer. Where should my trouble shooting start? I have a 15' yukon

The service drive at the dealer. 
Use that warranty. If that is you can stand the dealer. Other than that you could look at pulling a fuse and resetting it. Outside of that, dealer.
Not much help but for what you paid for it, why make it more frustrating. That may not be the help you were hoping for but I'd bet they have seen it more than once.
