Captains chair issues

Can anyone tell me how to put this fabric back correctly? It is the underside of the flip up captains chair trim. Can’t figure out how these pieces go together.

Also, anyone know if there’s a fix to the handle for the captains chair seat back? I found a new handle and it broke also. The cam it operates is very sticky and doesn’t return to the lock position. Can only engage it with a screwdriver with the handle off. The plastic handle just breaks because it is too stiff. Soaked it with penetrating oil and worked it back and forth, no joy.
