Cap & Rotor recommendations

So I'm in the process of purchasing tune-up parts for a future tune and I'd like to see what you folks recommend for a cap & rotor replacement? I was thinking AC Delco cause I'm not looking to replace my entire ignition system, so what do you folks think . . .

the ac delco units unless you intend to modify the ignition system.

I just went to the dealership and bought mine Wednesday and they were only like $50. Granted I get a little discount but it shouldn't be too bad

msd sells a kit thats like 30bucks for both..
