Can Console Satin Clear Coat Be Repaired

Hand sanitizer was sprayed on a small portion of my 17 Yukon Center Console to the front right of the cup holder. Is there an OEM satin clear that could refinish the console instead $300 ish give or take to buy a new one? Man that hand sanitizer can really peel the clear finish off the interior fast!!

Honestly, if it was really only hand sanitizer that caused it, I'd bring it to the dealership. No need to mention cause, but they should replace it under warranty if the finish is failing on a 17.
