Can anyone tell me what that cover/flap is called that is behind the back seat???

It's connected to the floorboard and covers the area when the 2nd row seats are put down. It came undone and I think I needs clips or something to hold it in place.

Tabs on mine broke off. I have other things in line, like new tires. I don't feel the urge to spend $100-150 for replacements just yet. I'll suffer...

Look for part-outs on FB Marketplace, Craigslist, OfferUp, etc. You'd be surprised what you can get.

Snaps in with metal clips on the tabs, like a lot of other body parts:

Thats better looks like normal trim clips that you can find anywhere.Punch in b pillar clips or garnish interior clips for tahoe see if those will work for you.
