EDIT: Upgrade completed, see below!

Has anyone done this upgrade yet? I am going to need rear brakes on my 01 Yukon Denali soon. Upgrade-itis has kicked in as it does every time I touch this vehicle. I know there's the bracket to buy, I found the link. Just curious about any personal feedback from someone who has done this. I searched around, found some mention of doing it, but haven't seen pics/results, etc from anyone who completed it.

What is this nonsense you speak of?!? I have an '02 Z71 that needs new brakes. I'm in the process of getting 18"+ wheels to get the 2019+ 4-piston brembos for the fronts. You are saying now I have an option for my 2-piston rears? I'm now busy searching. Thanks!

I've got all the parts, should be able to get to it later today and see how this all goes! I have to try to get all the pen off the calipers first. Looks like a kid went to town with their crayola lol.
Brackets from CTSVbrakeswap.com
Calipers from a 19 Camaro SS
Pads for 19 Camaro SS
Hoses and Rotors for a 14-18 Truck
New backing plates for 01 Yukon

Got it all done. I replaced the backing plates with Dorman 2 piece plates, so I didn't have to pull the axles. I then had to cut some of the new backing plate off to make room for the new bracket. That was about the hardest part of the job. Everything else was as straight forward as a normal brake job. There is a definite difference in braking power, not too biased to the rear though. The park brake still works with these rotors, though one of the bolts snapped off that retains the brake shoe on one side, so for now I only have a park brake on one side. I didn't feel like drilling it out right now and hardly ever use my park brake anyway. I have the 07-13 truck brake upgrade on the front already, but do eventually plan to do the 19+ brake upgrade. Found I had a sticking caliper in the back on this though, so the rears came first.
