Broken water pump bolts

Posting this here, anybody have issues with broken bolts on the water pump pulley?

Would not like to waste money on a welder since I dont have a use for that, any other alternatives welcomed.

Can you give us a bit more context on the broken bolts? Perhaps a photo?

The only other way I know is to drill a hole with a very steady hand into what’s left of each of the bolts. Then, use an easy out to get the bolt out. It helps to use a spring loaded center punch to get a dimple in the bolt before you start.
