I had been using never dull in the past on the lips of my boss 330 24s, but I was recommended flitz metal polish by a friend. Anyone who owns these wheels knows how bad the lips get stained.

This is because they are aluminum, not chrome lips. I have not tried it for chrome however, but I believe it would work well. It can be hard to find, but Ace hardware carries it in my area.

Check out Flitz if you have this problem. I just finished buffing all 4 wheels and they look like the day I bought them. Very satisfied with this product.

I used Flitz to polish the stainless tips on the SLP exhaust that I had on my TransAm. They shined nice until the day I sold it years later.

The flitz polished off the cloudy finish and chemical stains from drive through car washes. In person the before and after is quite dramatic.

Matt14- definitely give it a shot. its well worth the $8.

Thehoe92- I assume you're lips are powder coated or anodized. Do you still use the heavy metal?

Try the Flitz. It's good stuff.

Also works really well to clear up old, foggy headlight lenses. Just put some on a rag and rub.

She was trying to sell it to some of the guys with harleys. Asked her about it and was just a little worried. Did you use the powerball looking thing to polish them?

spray painted actually HAHA!

dead serious though..

and no I have nothing left on my car that is chrome so its kind of just on my shelf for when I detail someone elses car

seems like the Flitz and heavy metal are very similar products with very similar outcomes
