Best dealership in Dallas/Fort Worth and price?

My dad is looking for a Chevy Tahoe - can anyone please recommend the best dealership in the DFW area? I saw on the Prices Paid thread that a "good deal" is 18% off the current year or "at least 20% off" the last year's model. Would it be reasonable to get a 2018 for over 20% off once the 2019'***** the lot?

They offered him 22% off a hail damaged LT or Premiere but I don't think that is a good deal if he can get 20% off a normal one.

Thanks for the input guys. He was able to get a hail sale vehicle from Classic. They even repaired the damage for free.
