Guys, Frank Marino has a new box set of concert DVDs out.

I'm looking for a program that can take the audio and convert it to FLAC, or to MP-3 (320 Kbps), files. Free is nice but not required. I need something simple and effective.

    Thanks,
    joe

I'm bumping this. I can't believe that the variety of experience here doesn't include ripping audio.

Thanks man. If I understand correctly the reading I've done- VLC needs another program to go first and defeat DRM on the discs. I haven't gotten to the bottom of that puzzle yet.

yes, Handbrake was easy to use.

any of it will be a little time consuming.

thinking about it, there was a DLL file that needed to be copied in, but that was easy peasy.

I'm expecting it to eat up some time.

LOL You make a good example of why I need simple. I have no idea how to move a DLL file. It'd be another thing to look up and make notes on.
