Applique Replacement

Hi, a while back I de-badged my entire 2011 Tahoe, which included removing the Chevy Emblem from the trunk (rear applique). I had a body shop fill in the emblem holes and paint it, however 8 years later the holes are bubbling and I need to replace the rear applique. I have the back-up camera, so my question is can I order the rear applique without a camera ($173.54) and swap my camera into its place, or do I have to order the applique that comes with the camera ($380.55). Would I be able to "punch-out" the hole for the camera?

Not sure if this helps but I was able to replace just my camera when it died.

What ever you decide... order the applique for a GMC Yukon and it won't have any holes to fill as they don't have an emblem.
