autowoods is the well known vendor that makes steering wheels like these to match the factory wood grains like the OP’s photo. Not sure if he’s still in business as I had reached out to him about what it would cost for a Denali wood grown wheel back in like 2016 I think. Back then it was gonna cost about $400 for his setup but a number of guys had his products and were happy with them so it was good quality work. Every once in a while a custom matched wood grain wheel will come up for sale used on eBay but it’s been a long time since I’ve seen any go up. I pulled a wheel from an Escalade, sanded down the darker Escalade grey leather and sprayed with tan SEM leather product to match my Denali tan interior. Came out pretty good. I also sanded down the reddish colored factory Escalade wood and painted over it with a dark metallic flake black paint that I found at my local parts store. Definitely not professional grade results but still looks good and has held up well.
