It's funny, their website is incorrect. It shows that set you posted as fitting Escalade, Avalanche, Tahoe, and Yukon but not a Suburban... lol

Also, Autozone has them listed over $100 cheaper...
That says Autozone wants $557 on my end here. Summit has them for $400. That’s what I paid. Summit FTW!

That is a different kit. The kit you posted is 35mm front/30mm rear.

The kit he and I posted is 38mm front/33mm rear.

The bigger kit is $674 on Summit, so Autozone FTW still.

I'm not sure if 3mm difference is enough to worry about but it must be or they wouldn't make 2 different sizes, right? Or maybe that's how they get you... lol

Installed the kyb monomax front struts today. I think @Rocket Man was wondering about these.
IMG_0731.jpeg

Taller for now.
Updated first post with picture. Hard to compare because I didn't measure and I removed a 1.5" lift spacer.
(Stock Z71 rear springs with 3rd row removed) The way it looks currently, I'm hesitant to install PPV rear springs.

IMG_0726.jpeg

The coil spring was about 1mm thicker and had 1 extra coil compared to the Z71 front's (stock 4WD?)
KYP top hat seems flimsier, doesn't have that edge completely rolled over.
I re-used oem strut top nuts, they had a bigger flange and did not have serrations like the ones included from kyb.
Hardly any weld holding the shock to bottom mount, but all photos I've seen look like that.

I ended up going with Arnott’s As2715’s on the front t of mine. The ride is nice; they did lower the front an additional 1/2” or so from the worn-out stocks. Mine are flipped on the control arms, mounted under.

Arnott SK-2954 Front Coil-Over... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07529VZ82?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

KYB feel softer than stock over bumps. I like it so far. Probably raised front .5" or so. Might still settle..

Stock was a little jarring on speed bumps in comparison.

Got the Nolathane bars. Thanks to @kbuskill for the autozone link. Took just 2 days.

Here's the beef! 30.8 lbs / 38mm front bar, 24.4 bs / 33mm rear bar.
Stock rear bar with endlinks and rubber bushings, 12.2 lbs. / 28mm

I'm worried these will break something! Front eyelet 5/8" thick..

I found the end links a bit of a challenge on the front, seemed the eye is a bit of a different angle but I got it to work- just took a bit of messing around. Damn thing was heavy.

Yup.. Here they are upside down..
IMG_0744.jpeg

First try I put it in the way I thought it should be.. wrong..
IMG_0748.jpeg

Second try, a lot better, not perfect.
Thinking a shorter link might be little better.
Already compressed endlink bushings made it easier to assemble..
I could see myself struggling with fresh bushings.

IMG_0754.jpeg

Driving impressions:
Truck feels more solid over bumps. Obviously corners flatter.
Lots of imperfections like cracks in the road and rough road surfaces, do feel worse.
Like micro-jiggles that would have soaked up better with softer bars..

Old Moog bushings after about 5k miles. Ovalized some, seemed fine.
Pried them apart so you can see amount of wear.

I love it! (except the crappy roads)
Don't think I want any more stiffening after 20" wheels and these..

I mean, if you are going to complain about them, I guess i could take them off your hands. I don't want you being uncomfortable whilst driving your truck.

Have you tried simulating any emergency lane changes yet?

Not yet. I haven't hit the highway, but also I need to do alignment.
Going to try my toe plates, tomorrow? I need more neg camber on driver side just eyeballing sidewall up to the fender edge.
Sadly, I did not perform an emergency lane change before, so I will have nothing to directly compare to.

Tight cornering over bumps feels like the back might tend to skate. Will it feel balanced?
Truck definately feels better suited to higher speeds and quicker turning.

That was my first impression when I had it installed with the long end links and it wasn’t parallel to the control arm. Install shorter links; the road imperfections you feel will be unnoticeable. As far as using new bushings- I take the big washer off and use a regular washer just to get the thing compressed, then disassemble and reassemble with the correct big, cup washer. It’s a cheat.

Good tip, thanks! Yep I ordered some 2-3/8" vs my old 3" (sleeve length)

Want to lower the back, but the ppv rear springs are only 13" long. Stock z71 shocks allow ~16" at full droop..Installed height ~12". So the PPV springs might lower too much, depends how much they compress..
If they compress 2" would be about right.

Should I get shock brackets used for lowering? 2" would put droop length at 14", ppv spring with rubber pads would be right around that length..

Yes you’ll need shock relocation brackets before the rear. In used 2” ones. If the PPV springs lower it too much you can add a puck under them.
