Any way to tell if this is a lowering kit?

The guys says he doesn't know what it is. I would assume that it's at least a 2/3 but is there a way to tell for sure? If i get this for my autoride truck is there a way to purchase the shorter arms separate?

well you are about as much help as him! haha why do you think so? is there a way to tell? Do they even make a kit that isn't a lowering kit?

I think groundforce only makes a 2/3 kit
