I am looking to mount an amp under my rear bench seats and I am wondering which ones do you guys have that will fit? Only going to be installing one 10" or 12" sub, but not sure what one, probably in the area of 450 RMS.

Are you going to squeeze the woofer box under the rear bench too? Or are you planning on putting a woofer box in the rear cargo area?

Build yourself an amp rack out of 3/4 MDF. Then you can mount it to the seat frame itself and then mount your amp. I'll post up some pictures of my setup later.

Got those picture for you. I still haven't had time to pull out the board and the amp and wrap it in matching carpet yet. Also, I used 2 SS Allen bolts to mount it to the seat frame. I did those so I could have the ease of removing and installing this rack. I also counter sunk them so they didn't stick up.

Not sure if there is a difference in NBS and NNBS layout under the seat but my amp rack has a recessed area so all my wires are contained. clean setup with only the essentials being seen and with the seats down you don't know they are there.

There is a difference in the NBS and NNBS. There are no rails to mount to because they are already covered up is a cardboard type material with carpet on it. I am going to run my wires under that and mount my amp right to it. However the space is limited height wise or width wise depending on exactly where you mount it.

I am going to look for something that might behind the 3rd row or at least be easy to pull in or out if I need the third row.

For the people that have done this, do your seats lay flat? or semi flat at least?

For mine I just pulled out the beauty board under the second row 60/40 and mounted my amps underneath, then cut holes in the beauty board where the amps are for ventilation and looks.

How does that beauty cover come up from under the seats? Do the seats need to be pulled out?

This is the same thing I did, I have a MTX TC301 - class D 300W mono block pushing a JL Audio CS110TG-W1v2 and I have no problems.

From my experience a Rockford T40001bd or T8004 does not fit underneath the seats I had a false floor made in the cargo area only place for them to fit. Also I added a Rockford 100 farad and 50 farad capacitor into the driver side rear panel. dispalying voltage of one where the door for accessories was.
