Amazon Aftermarket Side Mirrors

This questions is for those who have the power heated mirrors that are sold on Amazon. My Suburban has bot left and right. They are working as they should. These have puddle lights and I'd like to get them to work. My LT never came with puddle lights. How could I get them to work?

Looks like they are wired to their respective door modules..

If wiring doesn't work, may need BCM programmed.. (guessing)
