Always hitting elbow on center console

Does anyone else keep hitting their right elbow on the center console when steering? Why did they make it so high? Has anyone made a thinner (lower) lid maybe?

try raising the seat up, most power seats adjust up.

yeah, you gotta tell us how tall/short you are, and if you have gorilla or T-rex arms?

if i rest my elbow on it on long trips, it gets wet & mungy & gummy feeling.

where do you have the wheel tilted to?

power pedal position?

yea my arm goes to sleep if I prop my arm on it for too long. It is to high for me but I have never had a problem hitting it. I have tried raising the seat up but do not like the driving position, usually leave it in the middle to compromise.
