Alternative Side molding?

I have a feeling this has been discussed, but I want to remove the large trim from my 03 Yuk XL, but was wondering if anybody has substituted it with a smaller trim from another vehicle that looks descent.

There was someone here that removed their molding and replaced it with the thin chrome moldings off of a pickup. I think it was from an 05-06 chevy or gmc and it looked great. I`ll try to find a picture.
