removes the resonator just behind the rear tire. gives it a little more sound

went to the muffler shop today. i decided to run with the magnaflow set-up. My uncle who is a gear head spoke very highly of him. went in today and he was very straight forward. Instead of recommending something I dont need and making more money; he told me flat out what would work. $275 muffler replace and tips. compared to another shop that was talking $300-$450 for an identical set-up.

That sounds about right... 275 is definitely a fair deal. Magnaflow 12589 is like 100-120. Volant/slp tips about another 100 max. Install to weld it all on at a shop will be about 100.
