So I am trying to finish my air ride and I was trying to buy a digital gauge set but the funds for all my other hobbies ate up my truck allocation. I did have an analog gauge but didn't like any of the mounting options, so the other day my wifes says "why don't you glass it in here", pointing to the center area of the console. So I took her advice and made this little pod today, took about 3 hours and it's not finished that's why in the pics the gauge is sticking out a bit. I still have to cut the switch holes in and give it a finishing coat. I don't know yet if I want to paint, upholster in black suede or overlay in carbon fiber. But here are some pics of what I got done today. Depending on work load I might finish it tomorrow or Sunday.

No not at this time. Only the rear is bagged. By the time I do the front I'll hopefully have the digital gauges and I will redo it then.

You have a smart wife. Will look good when its finished. I have seen people make their own pod in the tape-player location. Keep it up
